I will create a training plan for you based on specific goals you have in mind. In each training plan, you will be provided with about 10-12 (sometimes more) exercises with different progressions and modifications together with videos of these exercises and pictures when applicable. There will be two sections: conditioning and specific drills for you to reach the goal you have in mind, including suggestions for frequency and how to implement each plan.

Description

Plans include an optional 15 minute consultation and I will be ready to give you alternative progressions or exercises if you struggle with some of the exercises given.

Your plan will be ready within one to two weeks of your application. You can also send me weekly updates if you like if you are afraid that you are not doing something correctly, but those things can also be addressed during the consultation.
